A meal i like me is rice with vegan hamburguer and salad or potatoes fried, is very delicious and very simple of preparer. First prepare the hamburguers, in this case are raw lentils with parsley, flour and water, this food i did fried in oil for some minutes, in this oil also i did fried the potatoas , for other part you cook the salad, in this case a lettuce with lemon, oil and salt, personaly i like the lettuce without cut.
I like this meal because are things i learn for my self and result really delicious.
I think i feel doesn't impact seriously in my health, because only sometimes is cooked and eating, also the lentils are good for my health because this cooked raw and a with little oil. Is very important we don't eat always this food and eat always thinking in we health .
